WHO IS OLD EARTH REMEDIE

Our Story

I didn’t set out to become a herbalist, my path unfolded through healing. When I was diagnosed with cervical cancer, I turned inward, away from the fear that wanted to take root in my mind. I was guided by intuition and ancestral wisdom to refuse surgery by turning to the Earth. Herbs had always been part of my life, my mother, a traditional herbalist, was my first doctor but I needed deeper answers. I enrolled in a herbal medicine course not for credentials or to become a practitioner but to honour my body and spirit back to health.


As I studied, I immersed myself in the medicine of the Earth: drinking infusions from herbs I never heard of, preparing tinctures, soaking in herbal baths, and transforming my diet and lifestyle. Nine months later, my hospital results came back clear. No cancer. No threat. Just balance restored.


By the end of that journey, I had become a qualified herbalist, almost by accident, almost as if Spirit had been preparing me all along. 

Since 2018, I’ve been honoured to walk beside many others on their healing paths through a sanctuary of plant-based remedies and ancestral care. My work is rooted in natural, sustainable and heart-centred practices that reconnect you to your body, your roots, and the Earth’s medicine.

Assessment Form:

❖ How should I return my assessment form? 

To ensure your consultation runs smoothly, assessment forms must be completed and emailed back at least 10 days before your scheduled appointment.

Our appointments operate on a strict rotation to maintain flow and fairness for all clients. If your form is not received within this time frame, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to a later date, as late submissions disrupt the rotation and preparation process.

Please also note: forms must be returned as Word documents (.doc or .docx), PDFs cannot be accepted. If you anticipate any delays or need support completing your form, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible so we can assist you.


❖ Why do I need a Proton Mail email account?

As part of my commitment to safeguarding your privacy and honouring the sensitive nature of our healing work, I require all clients to open a Proton Mail account. This secure, encrypted email service allows us to exchange personal health information and herbal protocols with confidentiality, privacy and care.

I hold a duty of care to protect your data and ensure that our communication remains secure. Setting up a Proton Mail account is free and simple, and instructions will be provided upon booking.

Please remember to enable notifications within your Proton Mail settings so you’ll be alerted when I send you important updates, protocols, or follow-up guidance. This ensures our healing dialogue flows with ease and presence.


Consultations:

❖ How do I book a consultation?

You can book directly through the website. Once booked, you’ll receive a welcome email with assessment forms and preparation guidance.


❖ Do you offer follow-up support beyond the included session?

Yes. Additional follow-ups can be booked if needed outside of the session at an extra cost. The follow-up consultations are check-in support for returning clients only.


❖ Do you offer payment instalments?

Yes. We offer a simple two-part instalment plan for the All-inclusive consultations:

  • First payment: 50% is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment
  • Second payment: The remaining 50% is due before your scheduled consultation appointment

This allows you to plan your investment in wellness with ease and flexibility. If you have any questions or need support with payment, feel free to get in touch we’re happy to help.


❖ Is the detox programme optional?

No, it’s an integral part of your healing journey. Every consultation includes a gentle, structured detox to support your body’s natural cleansing processes. This ensures that you have a clean bodily canvas to work with.


❖ Are the herbs included in the price?

Yes only in the All-inclusive consultation. Your custom herbal remedies are included, along with postage and packaging. There are no hidden fees.


General;

❖ Can I request a specific focus (e.g. hormonal balance, digestion)?

Absolutely. Each consultation is tailored to your unique needs. We’ll explore your goals together and create a protocol that supports your body and spirit.


❖ Is this suitable for someone new to herbal healing?

Yes. Whether you’re just beginning or deepening your path, I’ll guide you gently and clearly. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to heal.


❖ Can I share my herbal tea with a family/friend?

This is not recommended as the herbal remedy will be customised to you. It is not advised to share your remedies even with someone who may have the same condition as you.

POSTAL DELIVERY POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

  • All orders are processed and packed within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). 
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with Royal Mail tracking information. 


POSTAGE & DELIVERY

  • We currently only ship within the UK. No international delivery is available at this time. 
  • All orders are sent via Royal Mail standard Tracking delivery. 
  • Free standard postage is offered on all UK orders. 
  • Please ensure your email and postal address are accurate before completing your purchase. We are not liable for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect information provided at checkout. 


INCORRECT POSTAL ADDRESS

If the postal address provided at checkout is incorrect and the parcel is dispatched to that address, we are not responsible for retrieving or replacing it.No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued for parcels posted to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & SIGNATURE (if relevant)

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:  Some parcels may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, Royal Mail may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.


POSTAL DELAYS

Occasionally, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, postal strikes, natural disruptions, or carrier-related issues. We will communicate any known delays to you as soon as we are made aware of them.


LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Once your parcel has been collected by Royal Mail,  Royal Mail becomes solely responsible for the safe and timely delivery of your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Porch theft or parcels stolen after delivery 
  • Opened or damaged parcels after delivery has been made 
  • Parcels marked as "delivered" by Royal Mail but not received by the customer 

If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check around your property (porch, bins, sheds, etc.) 
  • Ask neighbours or household members 
  • Contact Royal Mail directly to open a claim (also if parcels are opened or damaged). They may have additional tracking details. 


REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind 
  • Incorrect or incomplete postal address 
  • Parcels lost, stolen, or damaged after dispatch 

Royal Mail is responsible for handling claims related to loss or damage in transit. Please contact them directly for assistance.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY REMINDER 

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate postal/delivery details and accept responsibility for parcels once dispatched. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect information or circumstances beyond our control.
